I've placed my order — what happens now?
Once we've received your order, we'll automatically post out your kit so you can get started on capturing your prints at home.
- When you're ready, simply reply to your order confirmation email with your print photos attached where we'll create a digital proof for you to approve.
- Make sure to provide measurements - if you haven't, we'll email you for those details so we can print true to size.
- Once your digital proof has been approved by you, we'll foil your print and send it out the door followed by an email with a tracking number.
How do I send my prints through?
Reply to your order confirmation email with a clear photo of your prints attached. Please label each print where relevant (e.g. left paw, right paw, baby's foot etc.) and include measurements from top to bottom in millimetres if you can — this helps us size your artwork accurately.
How do I use the magic wipes? (Babies)
We use two types of kits for babies and pets. For babies, your kit will include 2x of our magic wipes and 2x reactive pieces of paper.
- Don't open until you are ready to do your prints.
- Using the dotted side of the wipe, gently press and rub it against the hand, foot, or paw you'd like to print, making sure to cover the entire surface evenly.
- Each wipe can create approx. 4-8 prints depending on size, do multiple prints and we can edit the best ones.
- Place your coated paper smooth/shiny side up (with sticker) and firmly press the hand, foot, or paw down onto it, holding steady for a few seconds to ensure full contact before lifting cleanly away.
- The natural reaction between the solution on the skin and the coated paper will reveal a crisp, detailed black print — no ink, no mess, and completely non-toxic.
- Allow the print to dry and it will naturally darken over time.
How do I use the self inking stamp pad? (Pets)
We use two types of kits for babies and pets. For pets your kit will include a self inking stamp pad and 2x pieces of card for stamping. Your inkless stamp pad is easy to use.
- Place the ink pad the right side up (it will tell you) and the piece of card underneath.
- We recommend using a hard surface or a book behind your paper to get a good impression.
- Press your pet’s paw or nose onto the ink pad and release.
- Lift your stamp pad away from the card and it will reveal your print.
- Your stamp pad will allow for multiple prints but try not to overlap the ink on the pad and do a fresh print on a new spot on the stamp pad.
How do I measure my prints?
Measure your prints using the paper ruler we provide and include when replying to our email with your photo of your prints. This helps keep your prints in proportion and scale.
When will my order go into production?
Orders move into production in the order that prints are received, not necessarily when orders are placed. So the sooner you send your prints through, the sooner we can get started. Please allow 1-2 days for your digital proof and 3-5 days for your frame to head out the door.

Once we've received your prints, your proof will be emailed to you within 1-2 business. A proof is a digital preview of your finished artwork showing the print placement, sizing, layout and any personalisation. You're welcome to request minor adjustments at this stage. Please check everything carefully before approving — once production begins, changes can't be made.
I have my own prints - can I use them?
Yes you can. Email us to enquire about a discount. We do need to make sure the prints are of good enough quality, so flick them through so we can confirm we can work with them.

SHIPPING
We use a mixture of couriers depending on the lowest price.
Shipping is included in your price but is an additional $8 if you are rural in the North or South Island. If you do not select rural on your order, we will request the additional charge. If you do not wish to pay it, we will cancel your order.
Most parcels are for overnight delivery but there may be delays. South Island and rural are an additional 3-5 days.
Once items have been picked up, delays are out of our hands. We'll send tracking so you can keep an eye on your package. If you haven't received it within 5 business days, please get in touch.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Each print and frame is custom made as per your specifications. We don't offer refunds or returns for correctly produced items or change of mind items.
If you product has been damaged during transit or is faulty, please take photos and send to us within 24 hours so we can make a claim with our courier company and advise on the next steps.
