Refund policy

Each print and frame is custom made per order as per your specifications. We don't offer refunds or returns for correctly produced items or change of mind items.
If you product has been damaged during transit or is faulty, please take photos and send to us withn 24 hours so we can make a claim with our courier company (imprintstudiosnz@gmail.com).

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
